Client of the Week: Steve Callow

Steve Callow has transformed not only his body but also his lifestyle. Steve and I have been training for a little over two years. Every time we achieve a goal we start a new one, and we always attain it. Steve keeps packing on muscle and losing body fat, keeping him at a solid 220lbs with about 11% body fat.
