Our trainers Ken Constantine and Danielle Leithead have obtained degrees and certifications specializing in rehabilitation and corrective exercise. Whether you have a torn rotator cuff, recent knee surgery or herniated disks our programs are designed to improve your quality of life. 

FUN BOOT CAMPS / CROSS TRAINING PROGRAMS

iF trainers David Feder and Adam Jurgaitis run our hugely popular "Weekend Warriors" class.  It is held every Sunday at 10am inside our facility, and is a high intensity group training session designed for participants of all levels.  Our energetic group instructors create classes that motivate and inspire!

BOXING, KICKBOXING, MMA PROGRAMS

iF trainer Chris Brooks leads our kickboxing training.  Focusing on technique and skill development, our striking programs are a great means of adding variety to your training regimen. 

FEMALE SPECIFIC PROGRAMS

Our trainers Lindsay, Tayana, Dani, Jennifer and Sue specialize in creating programs specifically designed to suit the unique needs of our female clientele.
