Recipe of the Week - Power Bites
/Quick and delicious power bites which are a great source of energy and packed with flavor!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of oats
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
5-8 dates or prunes
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together
Form small balls and place on parchment paper
Cool in refrigerator for about 30 min
