Recipe of the Week - Air Fryer Meatballs

These homemade meatballs rely on a balance of meat, binder, and seasonings for optimal taste and texture. They are quick and easy to make and enjoyable for anyone in the family!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup whole milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix breadcrumbs and milk in small bowl until softened.

  2. Mix in all remaining ingredients being sure to mix thoroughly but not to overwork as it tends yield tough meatballs.

  3. Shape meatballs into 1 1/2 inch balls

  4. Lightly spray air fryer with non-stick cooking spraySet air fryer to 400 F and cook for 10-12 minutes. Internal temperature of meatballs should be 165 F.

  5. Top with your favorite sauces, Parmesan cheese, or fresh basil.
