INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup high-protein Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blueberries and coconut flakes for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into a cup or container of your choice, mix ingredients thoroughly and place in refrigerator. Will be good for up to 4 days.
