INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup high-protein Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Blueberries and coconut flakes for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients into a cup or container of your choice, mix ingredients thoroughly and place in refrigerator. Will be good for up to 4 days.
